What We Do
We serve artisan wood-fired pizzas from our beautifully restored vintage horsebox. Our love for all things Italian and fresh ingredients, combined with our passion for helping people to celebrate - lead to the creation of Fire & Dough.
All of our pizzas are made from scratch using traditional, Italian ingredients. Our pizzas take just 60-90 seconds to cook in our oven which reaches 500°C and we can make 70 pizzas an hour so you can be sure that your guests will not go hungry
Flour - Our flour is made by Antico Molino Caputo and comes directly from Naples. Our pizzas have a long fermentation to make the dough easily digestible and also adds delicious flavour.
Fior Di Latte - Our mozzarella is made daily in the UK so that it is as fresh as it possibly can be.
Tomatoes - We use Strianese Tomatoes and you will see the beautiful tins all over our horsebox as we can't bear to throw them away.
Toppings - We use as many local suppliers as possible for our toppings - and our menu does change depending on the season.
We can work alongside your caterers and bar team or just on our own - it all depends on what you want on the day. We can also offer late night pizza service which is great as a midnight feast either during a party or as guests are leaving. Don't want pizza on your main wedding or party day? What about as a Friday night supper, or lazy Sunday lunch? Perfect for all weekend long parties and weddings.
Our fee is based on your guest numbers, timings and location. Prices start from £700.
Looking for something a little different to your usual corporate sandwiches? Pizza is popular with everyone, so be the office hero and give the people what they want. We can work along side your caterers and bar team or just on our own - it all depends on what you want on the day.
